The speakers of the 18th Annual Mid-West
Lectures have graciously agreed to provide manuscripts of their lessons and to let these
materials be distributed free of charge. Follow the directions below to obtain this
e-book. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print the files. It is
available free by clicking on the Adobe graphic at the top of this page.
We would appreciate any feedback you
have on the availability of the book so we will know whether to continue this practice.
